1. Why will your idea be effected?
Everyone now are mostly working from home based on the team schedule. Having a virtual workout session will allow the team to get together to do something together

2. Why is that?
Everyone are working on different projects from home or at office causing disconnection within the team due to the lack of meeting up F2F. And during this pandemic time,  it will be good to keep everyone in the team healthy and engaged.

3. Why? How come?
Working from home, with lots of back 2 back meetings and projects running at the same time, alot of us are always in front of the laptops from 8am-8pm. 

4. Why? Can you elaborate further?
Less of lunch hour/tea break, walking out for lunch & interaction with colleagues.  Less of exercise to stay healthy

5. Why do you think that is so?
Bonding within the team and mindful of keeping each other healthy & safe.

to tackle the challenge of geographic limitation, especially during Covid-19 period, may not able to travel. Virtual work out can warm up participants quickly & gather team members from different regions.

to keep our social distancing & team's body healthy at the same time.

keep social distancing -> get away of illness
stay healthy -> long period of time staying at home, especially when WFH; less time for exercise
