It should be on silent, there for you will not be as tempted to go and check what has occurred. The only exception should be in case of family or health emergencies/appointments.

Phones have many positive uses, and they have a great potential to benefit our learning experiences. But their potential to provide an enriched learning experience is being smothered by over usage in negative and inappropriate use. We believe that phones should be stored in lockers during class. If teachers desire phones to be used, then students can retrieve them and use them. This will eliminate inappropriate phone usage.

Phones are a great tool to provide research and academics but should be used responsibly such as there could be designated times you can freely use your phone. To help support the designed times during non designed times to use your phone it should be kept into your locker. As well as during non designated times to use your phone it should not be in your pocket.

we think that young adults should be able to have their phones with them or on them and teachers should have the authority to take the phones away when you are using them because it is your fault that you were on them when you shouldn't have been. we feel maybe one advisory a week young adults should be aloud to use and go on their devices for any purpose.
