​My  experience at the university was amazing and interesting , because I learned to love my career and I found the true meaning of law. I like my career because can I help people with their legal problems. for example criminal problems, civilian problems. etc. and  I like for its different areas, my favorite areas in the low are criminal law and civil law

 

Additionally  the subjects were very dificult, my subjcts were commercial law, international law, civil law, criminal law, labour law,administrative law, the most difficult subject was labour law because we used mathematical formulas, another difficult subject was the introduction to the right because new concepts are learned. And the easiest was social security because it was easy to the understanding.

 

The teachers were good, the best teacher for me was German Leon of obligations because he explained very well and the worst teacher was Leonardo Calvete of penal law because he was very demanding. 

 

 

the  friends that  I found in the university were   Angelica, Alejandra and valentina. they are very good friends

 The best moment was when I studied a short course about human rights  at the universidad of burgos in spain, the experience was fantastic, because I met different places, and different culture, also in tihs year I aprovated the preparatorys.

In the five years that I studied my carrer, I fiund the ability to read and interpretet differents laws, judgmend and books and finally I learned to defend mi ideas.

 

The most dificult was I lost important exams because the teacher Andres Silva was very angry and furius.

when she was sixteen years old, she had a cat his name was Rafaelo, was a little and black woth white, but rafaelo went one  day to play with other cat and he was killed by a car.

He traveled with his family to Cartagena, he knew many places, he was very happy, he met his uncles and cousins, he shared a lot with his mother

He was playing soccer and he injured his ankle, he hurt a lot

after, I am going to start with my postgraduate and masters programs in International law and human rights .maybe I will study  in the universidad del externado later I am going to begin  chancery diplomatic career.

The other plan, I am going to work in the diferents  international organizations about the protection of human rights, because I would like to help people. and  probably I will  teach the subject of human rights in the universities of colombia.

 The purpose of my plan is to be an ambassador for Colombia and protective of human rights because I think that the world will needs professionals that protect the interests and rights of vulnerable people.

also, as the other purpose  I will work  in ONU and OEA, because they are the principals institutions for the protection of human rights in the world, this wiil my principal dream.

the finish purpuse, I will teach human right to  all  the people of the world

my plans can contribute to making a better country, because I am going to help people in solving their legal problems and and I am  going to protect the rights of the most vulnerable people of my country. And I'm going to help my country because I love it

 

At present, I act  in hearings as representative of victims of criminal offences,  I can   express my ideas and I have to defend the person.   I have to act with transparency, and  always I  have to find the truth of judicial cases.

 

Additionally,  I have to be  careful whit every document as they can contain reserved information. and I don´t have to falsify the  documents because it is not part of my professional ethics, also,  I have to have good communication skills and I haven´t to be disrespectful when I address the judge and other people.

 

To attend the hearings or other proceedings I should dress formally with dark colors, nothing flashy. I should not go with sweatshirts, tennis, caps and jeans

 

The best thing about my professional career is thatI can defend the rights of people and help them solve their legal problems in the area that requires it.

 

Finally, the lawyers have to respect the laws, rules and codes besides they have to be kind, helpful and good people.
