What kind of delusion are you under?
The life he hid just knocked you flat.
You see the lightning but not the thunder.

His online persona simply stunned her
as it did you when you started to chat.

To the victors go the plunder:
you should crown them with a baseball bat.

By repeating these two terms, it causes the reader to think about their own experiences and it also tells the reader that "you" ignore things over and over again. I think the first stanza is the most powerful in terms of emotions but throughout the poem, the speaker shows they are baffled by what "you" do and do not see. In stanza 6, "and for one second the world's a wonder", this shows, again, the emotion behind this poem. Example: In stanza 2, the speaker portrays a frustrated and upset tone of voice which can be seen throughout most of the poem but it is exaggerated specifically in that stanza. The last line of each stanza also shows the speaker's disbelief and shock with "you".  - The speaker is asking what "he" has told "you" and how much of it "you" believe. The speaker uses delusion to convey the point that what "he" is telling "you" is unreal and yet "you" still believe it all.
 - The speaker is saying that "he" did things and hid them from "you" as if he had an entirely different life without "you", but when the truth came out, it devastated "you" and broke your heart that he would ever do those things.
 - By using the analogy of thunder and lightning, the speaker is able to communicate the fact that "you" can see what is going on and what "he" is doing but you choose to ignore it until the "thunder" comes and shows you the affects of his actions.
Stanza 2: 
 -  The speaker is asking "you" what God do you follow that lets no man separate. They are wondering why "you" are staying with "him" after everything "he" has done to "you". God will forgive "you" if "you" leave "him" and he will understand why "you" left "him".
 - The speaker is asking "you" if God knew that "you" would marry someone like "him" who will hurt "you" and betray "you".
 - The speaker is saying that "he" did things and hid them from "you" as if he had an entirely different life without "you", but when the truth came out, it devastated "you" and broke your heart that he would ever do those things.
Stanza 3:
 - "He" created an online persona that shocked her and caught her attention  as if saying that "he" was the perfect guy for her. She didn't think anyone like "him" existed.
 - It also shocked "you" when "you started talking to "him" and falling for "him. Pointing out the fact that she is just another girl waiting to have her heart broken. The same thing is happening to her as it did to you.
 - The speaker is saying that "he" did things and hid them from "you" as if he had an entirely different life without "you", but when the truth came out, it devastated "you" and broke your heart that he would ever do those things.
Stanza 4: 
- The winners who get everything, get EVERYTHING. Both the good and bad things including a broken heart. The "victors" will get what they wanted or what they deserved and by stealing "him" or "her" from "you", they will understand "your" pain.
  - The winners who take everything should be punished. The speaker is suggesting that the winners/"victors" should get hit with a baseball bat instead of a crown.
- The speaker is asking what "he" has told "you" and how much of it "you" believe. The speaker uses delusion to convey the point that what "he" is telling "you" is unreal and yet "you" still believe it all.
 Stanza 5: 
 - "You" believe in "his" trickery which leads to simple and avoidable mistakes. It's just one mistake after another and it knows you down every time.
 - "You" have been so used to "his" mistakes that they are the only type of mistake in this world. This is just another showcase of how "you" are perfect and "he" is imperfect with mistakes and heartbreaks for you.
 - By using the analogy of thunder and lightning, the speaker is able to communicate the fact that "you" can see what is going on and what "he" is doing but you choose to ignore it until the "thunder" comes and shows you the affects of his actions.
Stanza 6:
 - For a split second, "you" are able to open "your" eyes and see what "he" is doing to "you" and "your" emotional state. "You" begin to question everything in your relationship and how the rest of the world views the relationship.
 - "You" need to find something in "your" life to keep you going, something "he" will not know about, and something "you" can loose "yourself" within. 
 - The speaker is asking what "he" has told "you" and how much of it "you" believe. The speaker uses delusion to convey the point that what "he" is telling "you" is unreal and yet "you" still believe it all.

Their tone of voice can be seen as disappointed in "you" throughout the poem. One example is Stanza 5, Line 2.
