My mom was born in Guadalajara and my dad was born in Sonora. My mother came to the United States around 2000's, at the age of 15 by herself. She fist lived in Texas, from there moved to California, and ended up in Utah. My dad came to the United States at the age of 16 by himself. At home, we cook a bit of everything, but we also love trying new foods. Not only do we love cooking yummy food, but I think it is a very genuine and sincere time I get to spend with my mom or aunt or anyone who’s cooking in the kitchen. It’s a nice bonding time for all of us, as we all get to talk and prepare a meal together. I grew up always being super close to all my family and I love the bond we have between each other. We all enjoy each other’s company and know that we have one another for whatever we may need. In our household, we are 6 total and have two dogs, but we also maintain communication and frequently visit our family in Idaho, Colorado, California, Oregon, and Arizona. I am Christian and attend a church called The Light of the World. Everything I know and am is due to the teachings I receive on how to help others, and be respectful towards everyone.
