Your child observes your behavior about food.</p><p>*Make a regular schedule for meal and snack so children may not ask for food all the time.</p><p>*Limit the availability of junk, sweets, or chocolates at home.</p><p>*Present the food attractively, for example, putting fruit salad in a colourful bowl make the food more attractive for the child.</p><p>*Avoid foods that can cause chocking such as raw carrots, hard candies.</p><p>*Make your child your cooking partner by giving some simple tasks. </p>]]></description>
