The best way to describe my reading identity are YA novels. I never got tired of reading about young adults going on all kinds of adventures and fighting for themselves and others. I wanted to be brave like the protags since I was a very timid as a child and once I reached high school I became a day dreamer to escape home life. The Pendragon series has taught me to accept others, be your own advocate, and fight for what's right.

The ''giver'', that story completely changed my perspective on reading. i looked forward to going into class every day just to read, in fact sometimes i simply could not wait to read the Book and would secretly read it on my own time without telling my classmates. i loved that book so much that i didn't mind reading i over and over again! The movie will never compare to the books greatness, in my opinion.
