I think reading many of those books, but The Glass Castle in particular, reinspired me to begin reading again, as I had grown out of fantasy novels, but I found it fascinating to learn such impactful moments in others lives and how its shaped them and their experience of the world

I remember my teacher giving me the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone book. Ever since she gave me that book I was emerged in a world that I wanted to belong to. I read this series during the morning, at night. It opened up a whole new world for me.
