Her witty title caught my attention (something along the line of "Sorry Stress, we need to break up") while having a resonance topic renders relevance to me personally having me glued to her whole video (which the editing is boom as well) throughout.
I surely would enjoy attending more symposiums as such if there are opportunities in the near future.

I have learnt tons from my gen -
Gen Z. One of them (by Suvitha) as below: -
I could shy away from stress after a long day of online classes by indulging in activities such as
1. journaling (which, according to Suvitha, will also benefit my mental health),
2. learning new things in life (new activities eg. gaming, learning Japanese, and gardening) and
3. practice self-care.
get well soon...

1. From ISSOL 2021, I have gained many knowledge and beneficial tips. All of the presenters have done a great job in sharing various information with us. After I attended this symposium, I understand more about online learning and stress. It will help me to ease my life as an online learner. Apart from that, I got the chance to learn more about Mexico and its culture. The Kahoot Quiz is fun as I can learn new things about another country.
2. The top 3 presenters that I followed are Suvitha Balakrishnan, Charu Manasi A/P Santhirakumar and Jonathan Iván Martínez Luna. Firstly, I love the way they present their ideas. It is well-organised and easy to understand. Their title is also eye-catching and, their video is amazing because their editing is good. The proper use of animation, background music and font attracted me as an audience. As an online learner, the tips that have been shared by the presenters will help me with my studies. For example, Jonathan Iván Martínez Luna shared some online applications that can be used by students and teachers in online learning such as Pixton, Kahoot, Flipgrid, etc.
3. A useful idea that I learnt is how to balance life and online learning. I learnt the importance of planning your day out because it will make you more ready for the online class. I will start to use a planner book to plan my day or make myself a study timetable so that my time will be more organised. From Charu Manasi A/P Santhirakumar's video, I learnt how to use Google Calendar as a planner. It is beneficial for me.
4. Yes, because this kind of program is useful for students. I can learn many new things from it. Other than that, it is also fun to watch the presentation with students from another country.

1. As a participant, I gained a lots of new knowledge that would be really beneficial for me such as stress management and applications to use to attract students attention. I've also gained a lots of new information about Mexico directly from them through the small break out rooms. As a presenter, I learned a few ways to make my presentation a little more interesting to attract participants.

2. The top 3 presentations that I followed and really enjoyed were from Suvitha, Charu and also Dulce Belén Solís Rivera. I enjoyed Suvitha's presentation from the very start itself as the title and the way the video was presented. I enjoyed looking at her real-life experience that she captured through the video, which made it more interesting for me. It was the same with Charu as well, her animations really attracted me along wit her quotes. Finally, I really learned a lot from Dulce's sharing, as she shared multiple applications and also a step to step guide on how to use it.

3. I think the 1 useful idea that I have learned is to make sure you do not get overly stressed with this online learning and always try to find ways to cope up with it.

4. Yes, without any doubt. This is because, I have learned a lot just through one symposium and I am sure I will be able to learn more if I am given an opportunity to attend more symposiums in the future.

1. From ISSOL 2021. I have gained a lot of input and ideas to be used in the upcoming days. Firstly as a participant, I learn many and I would like to list out a few. Firstly, I got to know how does an online symposium work. For example, what we need to first, then watch the video, then the coffee session. So we got to learn about the online symposium. Next will be the inputs that I gained from this symposium which were ways to overcome stress, my audio is way important than video and lastly was using various apps in the teaching and learning process. As a presenter, I learned to make videos, and also an application that can be used to edit videos. This will come in handy in the future for the subject “DRAMA”.

2. The top presentations that I followed will be CHAARU, SUVITHA, and lastly, will be JONATHAN IVÁN MARTÍNEZ LUNA. I enjoyed their video because all three videos were fun, it was easy to understand and all the points given by them was relatable and can be followed easily. Suvitha’s video was one of a kind video. Where her presentation was good and strong enough to attract everyone. Where else Chaaru’s video was fun to watch where she showed what she does daily, her animations were on point and she is my classmate.

3. I useful idea which I have learned was to plan out my day well. Usually, I won't plan out my day well I will just go with the flow where I tend to forget the work that I was supposed to do. So if I plan out my day well I know at what time I have to do what work. when there is a progress surely there will be a change

4. Surely I will attend a symposium. This is because it will be very helpful for me to gain more ideas and knowledge which I can use in the future.

I had so much fun joining ISSOL 2021. I am amazed to see how 2 campuses can organize an event in different time zone. I learnt a lot. Everyone has their own tips and experience to share. The various of perspective is an eye-opening for me take all the tips and try to implement it in my learning in order to be a better student.

2. My top 3 presentation goes to Shahmini Muniandy, Ivan and Zaki. They way they express their ideas is different. I love the way Shahmini used the voice over to ensure we get what she tried to convey by showing videos. Ivan's presentation also looks great when he paused his video to point out every tips he made. This made me to really get the main ideas. Zaki's presentation also is outstanding. The way he shared Daniel's story made us really understand the scenario he wanted to bring.

3. Stop procrastination. Procrastination can make us feel more burdened. Hence, manage your time wisely.

4. I'd to join if I am given opportunity again. Some of it is I am able to explore more on editing skills while editing and preparing my video, and I'm sure i have more to learn. Besides, from watching all the videos, i get numbers of new knowledge in managing stress, online learning applications and so on. All of them are very good!

2. All of the presenters have done their best. Honestly i love all of them! However, if i were asked to choose my top 3 presenters, my most favourite is Suvitha. She was very creative in sharing her ways to cope with stress which she did it in a short story version. I did not get bored when watching her video. Next presenters will be my classmate, Charu. She delivered her speech very well. I gain a lot from her. The last presenter that i love is the one from Mexico. I cannot recall her name but i was enjoying her video so much! She shared some applications that we, as an online learner to use to complete our task and organizing our works. Basically, all three of them are really good at making video content where i did not bored as i watch it.

3. I learnt how to use Google Calendar from Charu. Actually it is so easy to use and very convenient for students like us as it can remind us on important dates. I think everyone should download the application now hahahaha.

4. Yes i would love to! Beside it will benefit me with international level e-certificate, it also will widen my perspective to the international level. I get to know more friends which is very fun.

1. From ISSOL 2021, I've gained tons of new information on learning and how to cope with my studies in these challenging times of the pandemic. Different perspectives from different presenters help me to realise that there are actually a lot of creative ways to make learning engaging during the pandemic. It is a meaningful joint effort that creates trust, inspires innovation, fosters learning, and encourages flexibility. The majority of the presenters emphasized the importance of knowing and using digital tools as support in classes. Platforms like Loom, Genially, Mentimeter, Pixton, Flipgrid, and Kahoot would undoubtedly make online learning more convenient and engaging. All in all, ISSOL is definitely one of the best initiatives to help students with their learning. All of the presenters did a great job of sharing their knowledge!

2. Ivan, Zaki, and Suvitha will be the top three presentations I followed.Of course, all of the presenters did a good job. However, these 3 did catch my eyes in terms of their creativity and content. Suvitha's methods of demonstrating how important it is to break up with stress are very creative and engaging. Everything about it was excellent, from the acting to the content, and I never got tired of watching it. For Zaki, he did a great job of engaging with the audience from the start of his video. The way he starts his video by sharing a story is definitely a powerful way to wake up the audience. For Ivan, his presentation is definitely a must-watch video. It has a lot of information and is very well-organized, making it easier for the audience to understand.

3. One useful idea that I learnt from ISSOL is the importance of having good audio quality. The audio quality determines the effectiveness of the teaching and learning. Poor audio quality would lead to losing focus, not understanding the lesson and failing it. Thus, it is crucial to have good audio quality as it affects the smoothness of learning.

4. Yes. I would definitely attend more symposiums if given the chance. It offers a tremendous opportunity for me to listen and meet with leading experts with different excellent perspectives. It aids in the development of communication skills, the acquisition of expert knowledge, the networking of others, and the renewal of motivation and confidence.

1. From ISSOL, I’ve gained a lot of beneficial information that I believed will be very much helpful in helping me to cope with the Online Distance Learning during this pandemic. I was relieved that everyone is actually facing the same struggles as I am and that has made me be more motivated in learning despite all the challenges. Not just that, ISSOL has also opened my eyes to wider perspectives as I get to develop my knowledge about other people's cultures and this knowledge will somehow benefit me in the future. From that, I am glad that I’ve joined this symposium and get to enjoyed everyone’s great presentation.

2. All the presenters have done very excellent work. But, if I’ve to choose 3 presenters, it would be Zaki, Suvitha, and Charu. Zaki has decided to describe the main problems by giving a good example of situations. This has made me as the audience to get a clear picture of the situation given. His video is also engaging in terms of creativity and enthusiasm as he is using different facial expressions and voice tones. I also appreciate Suvitha's efforts in demonstrating and acting her points in story forms and that eventually has led to a very interesting and engaging presentation. I also enjoyed the music background she played. Lastly, an excellent and aesthetic video editing from Charu has made her presentation my favourite!

3. One useful idea is to manage our time wisely and let ourselves rest sometimes.

4. On the other hand, as a participant, I truly enlightened myself with various skills and creative minds of others, I was able to witness many talented ideas and skills.

2. The top 3 presentations that I followed were Dr Luz, Dulce Belen Solis Rivera and Suvitha. I truly find their presentations and ideas very interesting and catchy just like the others. They presented ideas very clearly and it was so engaging since they included fun elements such as soothing music, vivid images and videos. Therefore, I was able to learn about online learning experiences more effectively through their presentations.

3. One of the useful ideas that I just learnt through the presentation is how to cope up with online learning more effectively. There are so many applications that make online learning more interesting and engaging such as Kahoot, Flipgrd, Mentimeter and so on. It is very essential to keep up with such applications to keep us entertained. In relation to that, an enhancing or engaging hobby can definitely help out to overcome stress that we tend to face during online learning. That is what made me felt awed about their presentations.

3. One useful idea that I learnt is to divert your mind to something positive when your are feeling demotivated.

4. Yes, I will definitely join because it is very interesting and aspiring because it can make me creative as well as humble enough to learn new things.

🟠ISSol has been an enriching and fun learning and growing experience. Through ISSoL, I was able to grow out of my comfort zone and collaborate with students from the other side of the globe👭.

🟣Each presenter in ISSoL did an awesome job in projecting their ideas and tips. All the presenters had produced really good content and all the presentations were knowledge-building. One of my most favourite presentations was from Suvitha. Her video was really calm, fun and enlightening to watch😍. The presentations from fellow Zaki and Ivan was also highly captivating and really good !

🟢Moreover, as a student, Suvitha's video was highly relatable. Through her presentation, I was able to learn various ways of self-care and destressing🤗.

🔵Certainly! Symposiums are such a great way to pertain knowledge and sharpen our skills. Also, I manage to get experience to see other presenters present their insight and ideas to the audience.

2. The top three presenters that I found interesting are Zaki, Shahmini and Syahidah. From my observation, Zaki was my favorite speaker among all the presenters. For me, he conveyed the ideas well in the simplest way.

3. One useful idea that I learnt is the skill in managing our time can be crucial for people especially students, this is to make sure that we can priotise our works, responsibility and other priority.

4. Yes 100% sure. For me, it allows me to get variety of knowledge and new experience. In addition, it is really fun and enjoyable.

■ First of all, I would like to thank everyone for making this ISSoL 2021 a success. It was such an honour to be given a chance to present our ideas and thoughts even though they were all recorded, but I'm sure we all had fun during the process. I am still happy that I could be a part of the presenters and I had learned a lot from other sharings.

■ Just like others have stated, one of the top 3 presentations that I followed was Shahmini's presentation. Her presentation, pronounciation, the content were all great! She caught my attention since the beginning of her presentation. Second, Charu Manasi's presentation. As her classmate, I really didn't know she was that creative! I was impressed at her presentation and I loved her points. Another one is Jonathan Iván Martínez Luna's presentation. In short, their presentations were the most loved by viewers. I would like to thank and congratulate them for such an amazing and interesting presentation.

■ The useful idea that I just learned was through Dulce Solis's presentation. In her presentation, she talked about an app that can be used for language learning. I was impressed because I once knew about the app, but I didn't know it can be used to learn language. That was what I learned from her.

■ Of course I will! Especially if the symposium allows the participants to have live interaction with each other like what we have gone through. It's more fun to learn from each other like this!

1.Through this symposium, I had learnt a lot of novel ideas that may help me in organizing my teaching strategies and also taking care of my own well-being. All the tips and suggestions are carefully curated in such a beautiful manner, very insightful and thought-provoking. Having to communicate with students from Mexico and from different institutes really excites me. It is also amazing to see that from just a few different topics, the presenters can come up with myriads of different interpretations, and this can significantly help us to see things through multiple lenses.
2. The top three presentations of my liking would be presentations by Suvitha Balakrishnan, Charu Manasi, and also Jonathan Iván Martínez Luna's. I adore Suvitha’s presentation the most because it is amicable and heartwarming with her successful effort of making us realize that we do share the same predicaments, and we are on the same boat together, with the relief that stress can be overcome if we do really try out things that really matter. Her soothing voice manages to encapsulate me into her presentation and into her life as well, giving me a little sneak peek into her life that I can relate about - reading books, housekeeping, journaling; I do all of these too, but with Suvitha’s sharing, I get a lot more different ideas. Not to forget about Charu’s wonderful tips in time management delivered with her splendid sense of aesthetic and eye-pleasing editing, also Ivan’s professional remarks as education in sharing his perspective about education.
3. Apart from getting tips about how to deal with stress, time management, procrastination, as well as, getting new recommendations about useful online teaching tools. It would be wise to put on a remark that: we are in this together. After going through this symposium, I have garnered a lot of words of wisdom from my counterparts, and also from the Mexican students….And these are useful in encouraging me to strive despite all the hardships.
4. I will gladly join another symposium if there are chances, definitely not a treasure to be missed out on. If possible, I would like to share ideas and insights about Creativity and Synthesis, Journaling and Soul, Water and Wonders, etc… All those things have been stuck in my mind for quite a long time. The ideas need a release!

1. From ISSOL, I gained a lot of new knowledge such as how to cope with stress management and how to benefit using technology in doing my daily work and assignment.

2. If I were to choose only 3 presenters that capture my eyes. I would surely chose Shahmini, Charu and Jonathan Ivan because the topic that they presented can be related to me. For example, Shahmini shares about procrastination and some ways to avoid procrastinating. I really find it helpful since I do procrastinate sometime and I know that it is not a good thing to do.

3. In Charu's presentation, i learnt how to organize my schedule using Google Calendar in a more organized way. I think it is important for me to make a schedule of what I need to do so that I would not miss anything important.

4. Of course! I am glad that I am able to join this symposium even as a participant because there is so much input that I can get just from being a participant. Thank you so much for the opportunity Miss :)

1. First and foremost I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the lecturers for giving me this wonderful opportunity to be part of the symposium. To be honest I never participated in such an event called the symposium and I feel disappointed with myself for being ignorant all this while. Even though I wasn't part of the presenters, I watched the whole symposium virtually and felt mesmerized by the insights given. It helped me to anticipate the hurdles we are going through due to the online learning and from other different perspectives. I felt overwhelmed by the presenters from Mexico as they were very amiable with us despite the extremities between both the countries.

Although all the presenters provided us with breathtaking performance nevertheless i would choose Suvitha, Muhammad Zaki and Sarah James Estrella.

Suvitha’s videos and visuals were spectacular because she used her real life as the examples of visuals. She definitely inspired me to try out all the methods she suggested to break up with stress and to isolate myself from depression and anxiety. The way she portrayed herself carrying out all the activities was really motivating as i have never tried any of them before except for reading books.

Muhammad Zaki’s video was great as his topic was about the importance of audio quality. I am very sure that none of us have ever thought about this matter as we did not give it much preference compared to videos however Zaki made me realize the importance of having the fine audio quality. When talking so that both the listener and speaker would feel satisfied and grasp the information needed. I really hope that this particular issue will be taken into serious consideration by all of us when presenting the next time.

The next presenter will be Sarah James who made the topic very interesting by discussing the catastrophe faced by students from low-income communities. I am very sure that the students from low wage families were tremendously affected by this virtual learning process as most of them do not have enough funds to endure the difficulties faced by their family due to low income. The insights and strategies given were very helpful for the other students I guess.

2. One useful idea that I have learnt will be from Suvitha who engages herself with different types of leisure activities that keeps her happy and calm throughout the day. She suggested the ways that can be effortlessly enacted everyday despite the packed schedule.

4. If I were to take part in more symposiums in the future then I will really be devoting my time to it as it helps me to come up with new ideas and think from a different perspective regarding the problems faced. I used to be a person who would get tired easily and stressed after doing tutorials but now I am all good to start over with my education as well as my learning methods. Time management and discipline are the two core values I have learnt. I strongly believe that the next time I'll be a presenter rather than a participant as I can share my ideas with other friends too.

1. ISSol is an enriching experience. It was surreal to meet Mexican students and share values, culture and definitely knowledge which sums up the purpose of this symposium. Had a wonderful time.
2. The presenters enlightened us on quite many interesting topics. Top 3 presentation that was illuminating enough was from Charu Manasi, Shamini and Dulce Belen Solis. The way they delivered the presentation shows how each and every single thing was taken into consideration to make us engage and understand. Anyways, would like to congratulate all the presenters for their excellent performance.
3. All did a great job in presenting yet Charu's caught my attention. As she is my classmate, my friends and I were eagerly waiting for her to present. I admire the hard work and effort she put into it. The presentation was epic from every prospect and I loved it. The topic was on point as indeed we do really need strong strategies to cope up with online studies. Besides, her slides were captivating and the way she took herself was attractive .
4. If there is any other symposium organised in future I would love to join. I'd grab this chance to make new friends all over the world and exchange ideas on various prospects to make this world a better place to live.

1. As a participant, I have gained lots of new inputs and knowledge that can be applied during this pandemic of Covid-19. For example, we have to stay active by doing some physical activities; tiktok dance and find some new hobbies; reading Japanese comics. Through the quiz activity, I can also learn about other Mexican cultures such as their language, food and festivals. Overall, this online symposium is not only beneficial but it is also enjoyable :)

2. The top three presenters that I found captivated and interesting could be Shahmini, Zaki and Jonathan Ivan. Shahmini has pointed out a few useful ideas to avoid procrastination. For example, try to set the time to complete a certain task so that it will make us feel a bit pressure so that we will quickly finish the work. Other than that, Ivan has shared a few online platforms that I can use during this online learning.

3. From this symposium, I would say that not only these three presenters are good in delivering their ideas and tips, others are also beneficial to use. There is one presenter that I found interesting because she talks about how comics can be our hobby but at the same time, we can also learn new languages from it. People might think that comics are not considered as reading because they are more like graphic novels but it actually helps you to improve your language skills by choosing English or Japanese comics.

4. YeSSZZ! Of course I would like to join any online symposium. This is an opportunity for everyone to share their thoughts and as human beings, we always want to explore something new in our life.

The ISSol would be the perfect example or the phrase, "once in a lifetime opportunity". Making friends has always been a challenge for an introvert like me but the amazing exposure that the campus offered us through the symposium is exceptionally valuable for me to make many friends and to develop my communicational skills. The symposium was indeed an eye-opener for me as it broke my stereotype on Mexicans. All this while, I thought Mexicans have a very conservative culture of wearing traditional attires and living in Hacienda-styled-homes as portrayed in my favourite video game, "Guacamelli" and the movie, "CoCo". I even thought that they always wear Sombrero hats while eating tortillas all day. Therefore, I was surprised to see them in urban formal attires, giving their excellent presentations about learning in the new normal with impressive fluency and a natural English accent. The symposium reminded me to never judge a book by its cover and embrace global diversity with joy.
