Principal (open remarks thanking everyone)

-Table/Lab Set Up: Students, teachers or parents can help with this (PTO). With lab set up, science teachers will take responsibility
-Supply Collector: All teachers
-Welcome Table/ Door Greeters: There will be 4 students (2 at a time) standing by the door, greeting the families. At the welcome table, there will be 2 faculty members singing people in and giving them a pamphlet with information and a raffle ticket
-Facilitators at labs: Science teachers will be in charge of all labs. In case of assistance, they may ask one other faculty member for help.
Runners to do odd jobs: Older students can help with easy tasks. If not, teachers will take a role and help wherever is needed.
Prize and ticket stations: Since there will be a raffle, 2 PTO members must be in charge of the raffle and food station.

1st price: 4 tickets for a science museum
2nd price: $50 gift card to a trampoline park
3rd price: Gift basket with school merch

We will be selling hot dogs for $1.50, sodas for $1 and chips for $1. Combo of these 3 will be $3.

*Will ask PTO for help to purchase these things.*
