She mentions that she want to keep to a more enviromentally friendly option of using glass bottles over plastic but she also mentions the cost of the glass bottles compared to the plastic. One option she could look at is to offer her regular, local customers a discounted price in the glass bottles are returned and then swapped for a full one.
