This PTAR currently has a primary treatment.

The primary treatment of the plant is an entirely physical treatment that is used for the removal of all particulate material, such as: sands, gravels and even large solid waste. This treatment consists of:

Ø  Screening grid

Ø  Excesses Landfill

Ø   Parshall gutter

Ø  Sedimentation

Ø  Energy dissipation chamber

The scope of the project is: Direct influence both in an increase in the capacity of the plant both in its service flow as in the shedding characteristics it can treat. Likewise, the design period of the plant is increased, the relevance of its operation in the ecosystem and the ecological footprint of the municipality.

Ø  It is evident that there is no signage in the construction area of the PTAR.

Ø  The parking area for cars is not demarcated.

Ø  It is evident that the workers have nothing to identify them as workers of the work.

Ø  The bathrooms need to be implemented.

Ø  It is evident that workers do not have the security elements.

The Environmental Management Plan is being fulfilled in an acceptable manner, according to the provisions of its content, as well as its Action Plan for environmental management measures and environmental monitoring, which is advanced and complying in a general manner compliance with current regulations. The sites visited during the environmental audit, and the meetings held and information provided by the work managers, denote the existence of procedures, resources / facilities / equipment, and training / awareness of adequate environmental management.
