         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Prep 1 meal a day to start (whichever one is more stressful)</div><div>- Take into consideration when you drink your Isagenix shake(s) (mine is at lunch, so I plan my breakfasts and dinners) and when you have your cleanse day(s)&nbsp;(this eliminates one breakfast for me).</div><div>- Pick a day and time you will meal prep (I suggest Saturday or Sunday) and plan your grocery shopping according to that date. I prep on Saturday and grocery shop on Friday.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
