In this project, I mimicked a piece of work made by Peter Seville. Doing this project, I learned Graphic design is definitely harder than I thought it was. It took a lot of effort to be able to copy Peter Seville's work. I wasn’t really sure what I was doing, so it took a little bit to figure it out. I like Seville's work because he worked with a record label so he got to design the record covers. I feel like that would be fun to design album covers because a lot of people could be able to see it.

Pattern Making

This project was pretty easy because the directions were really easy to follow. My first initial doesn´t reflect very well so I don´t think it turned out that good, but the project was still fun to do.

Doughnut Design

I really liked this project. I definitely learned more about Photoshop as the week went on. It was a little frustrating because when I went to make my slides, I realized that 3 of my doughnuts didn’t save, so I had to make 3 of them all over again. I put the most effort into it the one in the picture, and I feel like it turned out pretty good.

I really liked this project. The first one I did took me two days to do, but I was able to start doing it faster towards the end. My favorite one was this Daisy because I feel like it was the most creative, and it turned out the best.

I liked this project because it was a lot like the last one we did, I really liked being able to draw and make my own logos. This was fun because I could personalize it even though I had to go with the colors provided. It was a little frustrating with my mac book restarting half way through the week, but I was able to get all of my logos done. My favorite one was this sporty logo one because it is the most basic and looks the best.

Art Club Flier

This project was not my favorite, but I liked that it was pretty easy to get done. I was assigned to make a flier for art club, and I didn´t feel like I was very creative. My favorite one is the second one I made because I started to get the hang of it and it is more basic than my other one.

Zombiewood

I am not sure if I did this project right at all. I missed the first day, so it was a struggle not knowing what I was doing. Once I watched the video, it became easier than I thought. I definitely did not get as creative with this project as the others, all of my zombies kind of all turned out the same. Over all I think Zendaya turned out pretty good.

For this project, we made a logo for Mrs. Kernes's theater club. I came up with a lot of great ideas, and I am happy with how my logo turned out.

I thought this project went ok, I liked the creative aspect, but at the same time, I couldn’t really figure out what I wanted to do. The project was easy to do because of my prior knowledge on photoshop, but I felt like I didn’t do very good on the creative aspect.

I thought this project was difficult to get the hang of. I ended it up figuring it out though. My favorite was the scream because I think I made her face look the best compared to the others.

Graduation Ticket Design

For this project, we designed the graduation tickets. I like how mine turned out, I don't know if it is good enough to be picked, but I am proud how it turned out.

Food Truck Logo

I really enjoy making logos. I feel like I am better at creating logos over all of the other graphic design projects we did. I do feel like my color choice was not very good, but I still liked how my cupcake turned out. I am happy my logo got picked for my group project.

Food Truck Design

I feel like I didn't get as creative as I could of with this project. I didn't have a lot of ideas as to what I wanted the truck to look like, but I think these colors are pretty. The colors will definitely be appealing to a little kid. I am happy my food truck design got picked for my group; I just wished I had been a bit more creative with it.

I enjoyed making the menu, it was fun being able to come up with our own food and drinks. I really liked that we had a lot of freedom with it. My menu did not get picked for my group, but I really liked the one that was picked.

DIY Photoshop Week

In a DIY Photoshop Week we research different fun things to do on Photoshop. During this week we had complete freedom to make what ever we wanted. We had done a DIY week earlier in the semester, but I was not as used to photoshop yet. For all of my other DIY projects I looked up YouTube videos that were easy to follow, but for this I found an article. It was really easy to do, and just few steps. I really like how it turned out.

Reflection

There was so many projects through out this semester. I liked how there were some projects that there were set rules on what we were doing, but I also liked there were other projects with a lot of creative freedom. My favorite thing we did this semester were any of the logo designs. I really liked them because I could draw. Through out this class I learned how to use photoshop, and was able to bring out my creative side. This class was a lot of fun.
