         <description><![CDATA[<div>The next event was very soon after Lexington and Concord. This was at Bunker hill in 1775 on JuneIt was against the British (2400 soldiers) and Americans (1200 soldiers) Clearly the British had more of an advantage but they fought different they were fighting in a cocky way like "oh we have more soldiers so of course we will win." Well you see the Americans fought up hill so they could see every angle that the British were coming from. They were ready so the British did win&nbsp; but they suffered a very very heavy loss in soldiers.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>On September 19th 1777 this battle began. This was a big battle for us a huge turning point. WE WON!!!!! This battle was between British and America. This battle lasted almost 20 days. In these 20 or so days there was two small battles.&nbsp;We used this to get the French to fight with us. It worked too.</div>]]></description>

They lacked food and water. They had many many sick soldiers. We used this to gain the French so they would fight in the war with us and it worked.</div>]]></description>
