It is an all women-owned company with 20 employees and a nice office space located on Elmwood near Hertel Ave. in Buffalo, NY.

Eastpoint is a national provider of receivables management, and provides collection services regardless of the charge-off or delinquency stage. Services include skip tracing, letter series, telephone demands, and more. All services are provided within federal and state regulations.

Eastpoint Recovery Group are also proud members of a number of associations (including the Association of the Credit and Collection Professionals), and are leading providers to a number of the largest credit card companies in the United States.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

Danielle Green and her colleague Amy Constantine founded Eastpoint Recovery Group in 2011. Born from a passion to make a fair, professional, and ethical collections firm, Eastpoint Recovery quickly became one of the leading receivables and collections agencies in WNY.

Danielle Green attended Medaille College in pursuit of a Criminal Justice degree. In February, 2001 Danielle took a position at a collections agency, and ended up shifting her career focus entirely. After almost a decade in collections, she decided to start up her own agency - Eastpoint Recovery Group.

Amy Constantine has over 17 years of experience in collections, and graduated from SUNY Buffalo in 2002. She has a BA in Political Science, and helped to co-found Eastpoint Recovery Group in 2011.
