I know that ISs don't always have the time to coach us, but what if we created our our little PLCs or coaching partnerships. We could each think about areas where we would like to grow, and areas where we have something to offer to others, then create quarterly coaching partnerships where each person is coaching one other, and being coached by one other in different areas.
