I have enjoyed reading this book called Wonder. I suggest this book to you and your friends. This book is about how a young boy is different but he doesn't like being different because he might get teased by others.

I just read this book over the weekend. As Felicity would say, it is a "spindiddly" "splendiferous" book! Check it out from the public library or come see me and I will lend you my personal copy.

Zachary just got off the bus (today was pajama day) and he couldn't wait to get started on the twelve days of reading challenge.

I am taking the 12 Days of Vacation Reading Challenge seriously! Christmas Eve day--all the shopping and baking was done so I had time to read another new book to the PES Media Center. The Orphan and the Mouse by @mafreeman225 (Martha Freeman) will make you want to re-read Stuart Little. And you will never look at a mouse the same way again!

As a gift this week, I received a box of old letters that my grandfather wrote in World War II. What a great way to learn more about family history!

The book that I read during vacation that was my favorite was Sophia's War, by Avi. I learned about many people that fought in the Revolutionary War.

This picture was taken last Tuesday, reading at grandma's house, in Texas.
