  • Both sites are free to start, other features are available for an additional price. 
Disadvantages:
  • Opens up the possibility for hackers to commit fraud and launch spam and virus attacks.
  • Potentially results in negative comments from employees about the company or potential legal consequences if employees use these sites to view offensive material.
  • Potentially results in lost productivity, especially if employees are busy updating profiles, etc.
  • The initial cost of webcams and equipment.

The benefits of trying to use these resources would make Waking Up Inc. a easier place for all employees to communicate. Nothing will take the place of a fact-to-face meeting. Video conferencing is the next best thing it gives a more personal experience then a traditional email or telephone call. This approach to communication for Waking Up Inc. will benefit there team while cutting back on time spent in meetings every week. Both employees and superiors would benefit from cutting back on precious time they could be using to treat their patience. The life coaches are dedicated to making their patients better versions of themselves. Why waste time meeting every week when that same time can be utilized for their patience.
