I like to make home made fish candy . Contains a lot of sweets ..

Cut Raw Fish into small bite size or cut the fish into long sticks like beef jerky size.

Add in a bowl of Corn syrup , Brown Sugar , White sugar, Soya sauce , grape jam , and Sriracha to marinate for the cut up fish to marinate in at least 5 hours or through out the whole day in the fridge.. After marinating you can put out a box for the floor and hang the marinated fish on a dish rack until dry , always use a box for the floor underneath the Marinated fish cause the home made sauce can drip on the floor and it can be really sticky ..

-Madeline
