I remember, last month, I had sore throat, fever and headache. This was awful for me, because I rested in my house for 5 days with this symptoms. I felt tired and lazzy. I didn´t want to get up and got up of my bed.

So I talked about the doctor. He recommeded pills and fluids.

I had a bad experiencie in the work last year. In december I have tension in my neck, because I felt stressful and tired.

The doctor recommended me, I was relax and I rested for two weed, but I couldn´t do it, because I had a lot work. So I had to resist dor these weeks. The result was that I had sick in my holiday. I went to the doctor 3 days a week for I receive massages.

I remember two months ago I have the terrible flu for three weeks, my symptons are fever, chills, a lot of cough, headache, bone pain and sinusitis, I fell very very tired. I see a doctor and He recommend me drink a lot of fluids, reste calme and take the antibiotic for 10 days.

When I am in the university, I have apendicitis. I fell much bellyache and nausea. I cry because It is a terrible pain, I go to the doctor and I have a surgery.

The doctor recommend me stay still and rest and take the pills for the pain

I remember five years ago when I went of vacations to Playa del Carmen, I had an earache. The symptoms started in the early morning, I felt pain in my neck and jaw also I couldn't sleep very well.

As I had travel insurance I can go to the clinic and see to the doctor. The doctor examined me and him recommend me antibiotic and ear drops.

I remember when I had the flu, and my nose was very bad. Every time this happen, I don´t like it because I can't breathe. I also have allergies, i try to stay away from dust and chocolate. I used to take medicine, but now I try to take care of myself better.
