Examples are; glass, tea, and paper.<br><strong>Why did the British pass it?:<br></strong>After the Stamp Act, the British were taught that the colonists would resist those taxes forced in the colonies. They realized they had to tax imported goods.<br><strong>How did the colonists react?:<br></strong>Protests began almost immediately. Women boycotted British goods and the alliance "Daughters of Liberty" started.</div>]]></description>
