In order to make a goal, you need to identify 3 main things: Is it attainable, is it realistic, is it able to be done within a time frame.</div>]]></description>

If you slowly stop trying to attain the goal you're trying to attain, you won't get anywhere. It's best to stay on top of it, make it a main priority.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Some goals are not so realistic, something like "I'm going to do 9,000 squats per minute" Unless you're the flash, who I don't think can do that, I don't see that as a realistic goal.          <title>Can it be done within a time frame?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sometimes, we loose track of time, and we get busy. If you really want to achieve something, then you'll probably make time for it. But, you have to specify a date or a time when you want that goal completed, or you're not challenging yourself. “...if you anchor it within a timeframe, “by May 1st”, then you’ve set your unconscious mind into motion to begin working on the goal.​ ” (Excerpt From: Hilliard City Schools. “Unit 2: Goal Setting Skills.” iBooks.) Having a time/date set will help put your mind in that mindset of "I need to get this done so my goal is actually achieved by challenging myself, not just doing it whenever I please."</div>]]></description>
