I made use of an AI generated quiz using a platform called Socrative. I created this as a response to students worrying about their understanding of research terminology.

This was very beneficial to myself and the students as I was able to create an informal assessment on the spot and students were able to track their progress live

The biggest struggle is trying to teach my students how to use AI responsibly. I have tried showing them how to use AI to help generate questionnaires for their research but then editing these on their own to be more suitable to their topics. However I have still found students copying and pasting AI generated content with an acknowledgement or reference. They think that when there's an acknowledgement they can get away with copying and pasting

I would say policy related because students don’t know what they can use & can’t. And technological as well because we don’t have subscriptions or apps that the institution subscribes to on our behalf, which could enhance our teaching.

I would encourage more use of AI. Have posters around campus. And encourage more users around campus to share their learnings with us.
