This year has been a struggle with student behavior, but I have to psych myself up every morning to be positive as I can when I walk into the room. Today has reaffirmed the Q-TIP mantra (quit taking it personally). Students are looking to be heard here at school, and I will do better to really listen to what they need.</div>]]></description>
