This skill is important because it is used on a day-to-day basis and will help to communicate an idea, a purpose or anything relating general information to employees, clients and/or partners. Although this is an ongoing goal, I hope to achieve a level of comfort before this course ends.
Goal two would be to become comfortable with confrontation. Although this is something you cannot ‘just practice’, it happens every day and avoiding it can have a large negative impact on your business.
