In the restaurant Famous Dave’s they had employees work for them so they could make make food, clean, serve, and help out around the restaurants. The employees play a huge roll into Famous Dave’s and without them they basically couldn’t run their restaurant. Famous Dave’s is a nation wide restaurant. He first started to make mid size shacks for BBQ locally in his area. But once it started to get big he had to move on to bigger restaurants so people could actually go inside and eat. Dave was not a very smart kid when it came to school but his teacher once told him he sees things that other kids don’t. So when he was in high school he was working at Eddy Bauer and a lady asked him if he could sell these bubble balls, Dave did exactly that a sold all of them. He finally made his own little flower shop and he sold out of everything each week. Dave was always eating or helping his dad make bbq. He never really thought of making a restaurant for bbq he just wanted to be good at making bbq. But he realized he could make a business by doing what he loves, so he opened up a shack in Wisconsin for the first time. The restaurant famous Dave’s first started in Hayward Wisconsin, but their were people driving from all around to go try his food and people convinced him to open up more restaurants. He opened up another one in Iowa and it was so busy that they didn’t even have enough food for people.
