  • The speaker is relaxed and makes eye contact to engage the audience.
  • The speaker starts by introducing himself and providing on overview of the presentation.
  • The speaker uses connection phrases between the transition of the slides.
  • The volume is adequate, makes pauses when necessary and the speed of speech is good so we can understand everything the speaker says. 
  • The speaker uses formal vocabulary when delivering the presentation.
  • Uses intonation to maintain the attention of the listeners. The highs and lows are adequate and according with what the speaker says (emphasizing important words or phrases).
  • The speaker uses body language according to what they are explaining, using smooth movements.
  • The speaker must not read the slides, but rather use them as a guide to elaborate on the content.
  • The speaker must have the equipment and material ready before the presentation.

Also, it is important to add the date.
    -Start with an overview of the topic contained on the presentation.
    -Organize the presentation into sections, be clear in the division of the slides. It is recommended to divide the presentation in three parts.
    -Every slides requires to mention the section and the topic.
    -It is important to numerate the slider for a better organization.
    -You can have animations but not too flashy or fast.
    -Do not have too much information on the slides, just key points. 
    -It is recommended to use clear colors for the background and the font must be dark.
    -Keep it simple and sexy.
    -It is OK if you use images, but only if it helps the audience to understand the topic, and they must be referenced. The image needs to have a good size.
    -The last slide is for the reference list.
