One goal I have for this course is to just learn more about trauma and its effects on us as adults and children. I feel like this is something that you can’t ever know too much about. 

I learned quite a bit of information on different types of Mental Disorders. I thought all the information was very good, and I could see looking back at this for future reference. I really enjoyed looking up information for this assignment.
