         <description><![CDATA[<div>The school system has had one-to-one technology for years. However, no standards for use have ever been addressed. The 1-1 initiiative now feels like old school. No teacher uses the tech devices the same and some still don't use them in their classes at all. Should there be an evaluation process for how student devices are being used in the classroom? Explain how this could be utilized and managed? Currently teachers have not been been expected to follow any sort of technology standards or standards for use of devices in the classroom. What expectations for technology use would you suggest all teachers should follow and what updates should be made to the schools strategic plan regarding the effective yet equitable use of the technology by all teachers?<br>The strategic plan currently does not address measures to insure digital equity in our schools. How can our schools monitor and insure digital equity is being met for all students in all classes across all schools in the system?</div>]]></description>
