<title>Criteria for Adjudication: 1.Speaking Style - includes such elements as structure of the speech, use of rhetorical devices, use of humor or other emotions to capture the audience&#39;s attention. Eye contact is important, the speaker shouldn&#39;t read notes. 2.Content of a speech – how consistent the speech is, how original the arguments are. Relevancy to the topic. 3.Timing - Being aware that time constraints necessitates members to craft their ideas into succinct messages, constructed for maximum impact, and presented with authority and confidence</title>
