         <description><![CDATA[<div>Thanks for the plat!  The next step to find the information that we need is to find the deed or will that created the split and see if it refers to lot 5.  We could also trace the deeds back for our owner and see if lot 5 is a typo and it should be "Area I".  There is a 4, 6, and 7 shown on the plat so it could be that the 5 is not labeled.</div>]]></description>
