         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hue and Saigon are two major cities in Vietnam, Hue is the imperial capital of Vietnam and Saigon is the city named after Ho Chi Minh, it is also the most populous city in Vietnam. The Battles of Hue and Saigon were apart of the Tet Offensive, these battles saw Vietnam launch a massive and coordinated assault on every military instillation of South Vietnam. These battles shocked the American people so greatly that the pressure of withdrawing from the war became overwhelming. </div>]]></description>
