I have control over most of my property like my laptop is one thing that I can control because it is my property and I can control what it does. If anybody wants access to my laptop that person needs my permission.
My Pet
I control my cat behaves and I teach him where to go at what time. I also control his education like how my school controls what type of studies would suit best for me. I control his diet and make sure it does not become fat because I can choose if it gets fat or stays skinny.

The school controls what I do in my educational life and School has control over what I study. For me it is mandatory to go to school so that I can have a good future so it controls my behavior and studies. School also controls how I have to follow my rules and limits.
Government
The Government has power over me because the Government controls the laws I follow and how they punish people when they break the laws and also make their rules so that I can behave properly. Illegal things that I do for example, if I commit a crime then I will be punished depending on how the government wants to punish me that is also how they have control over me.
Parents/Elders
I respect my Elders and parents so I  agree with them that they have power over me and they can control my education as well as how I respect government laws.
