Flexibility means having a flexible schedule which allows employees to adjust their working hours rather than following a fixed schedule. For example, instead of a 9-5 working day, I could have a 8-4 schedule which gives me more time for my personal life.

Yes, I would still consider it. I feel like it can be a job that has no flexible hours or maybe occasional OTs. Working on something that I enjoy will make me more focused and serious about the job, which would build your portfolio. It will be important when you’re applying for a future job that has both flexible working hours & job that matches your interest and skill set.
