We stand here today as part of society. We stand here today as part of 3rd world country that is under a lot of pressure that many countries outside the Philippines have seen the negative effects our President, our leader has done in the past 5 years of his jurisdiction. Do I think that the Philippines can handle being a country withholding power? A country standing as a superpower? No. Discipline only comes from those who listen and are taught enough to understand and obey said discipline. Knowing the Philippines and the state it's in? I'm afraid I can't be positive about this. Not especially with the mindset that has set back its citizens 3 century's worth of progress due to the influence of both the Spaniards and the Americans. They wiped away our history and ruined our lives. Sure, we may economically stand among other countries, but we are levels below those countries. The people in this country do not have the discipline to follow basic rules but the discipline to follow that of other countries? What a joke. Discipline starts from home, and if they call the Philippines home but continue to go against and call against this country, then I say shame on us Filipinos.

If I were to rule this country, I would rule it with vigor. I would be stern and implement, execute, and enforce laws and rules that would help and make this country less sickly than it already is. I would make it so that people actually listen and I would hear out the cries of the people who badly need our help. If I were to be the ruler and leader of this republic, I would enforce rules that are not flexible nor are they filled with loopholes. At least make the leaders knowledgable enough on politics and not have people run the government when their moral compass has been thrown out the window.
