If your wondering what a Praxinoscope is it is a animation device that uses a strip of pictures placed inside of the machine and when you spin the Praxinoscope it leads to the pictures seem like there moving. Back then when animation started going into theatres adults would go all dressed up and leave a nanny for there children to go to the movies just to see a simple cartoon. This kept going on until people were astonished in 1930 when the first colored cartoon was made. People started rushing into theatres just to see it. Since most people who made animations had to work so hard on it they didn't waste time coloring it. In 1972 a short animation was being created. They were testing if they could get another type of animation. In the scene they were making they needed a realistic 3 dimensional hand. They took several tests and they figured it out! It was the first ever animation to have a graphic technology used scene in all history.
