         <description><![CDATA[<div>No one knows what the purpose of them is. We were never told. It, "felt like a dog-and-pony show." Why do I need to present it? If there's a problem/issue/inquiry, why can't I be approached? Grade-level collaborations would be more beneficial. </div>]]></description>

Sadly, it feels like we spend hours preparing material that is not really paid any attention when we present it live.&nbsp;<br><br>Possibilities:<br>1-Admin comes to Collaboration meeting Wednesdays.<br>2-No Admin can be on technology during the discussions.<br>3-We can show you our process instead of putting answers into a presentation.<br>4-Send us questions ahead of time and we'll talk to you about them. (And specific data points you want to see)<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel we spent a lot of time creating the information into a specific format.&nbsp; This took time away from preparing for our classroom instruction and opportunities to teach to the best of our abilities.<br><br>Possibilities:<br>1-I can create a graph with a "power standard" showcasing the growth of my students, but I would rather show the one student in my classroom who has made the largest strides and explain the strategies I used to get them there.<br>2-Tell me what you want to know beforehand.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We feel that having conversations with admin would be more&nbsp; beneficial. If they would give us a few questions to focus that they would like answers to, we could absolutely have honest conversations about those.&nbsp;<br><br>As for data in SS, how beneficial is it to show the growth from a pre and a post test when most of the content is brand new and not actually&nbsp;<br>applying a skill?</div>]]></description>

         <title>Social Studies.                                We would rather have admin come in and listen to us problem solve students during collaboration.  We want them to see us in action rather than telling them data about that already know.  Sped teachers that have kids multiple years can help us the cohort data and progress kids make.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Simplified and more meaningful.&nbsp; More personal instead of a presentation help us problem solve kids. &nbsp;<br><br>DO NOT DO IT IN DECEMBER!&nbsp; Too much already going on! &nbsp;<br><br>What's the point for us to tell you the data that you already know?&nbsp; If we are being effective, then we already know the data and we make adjustments based upon the needs of our students.&nbsp; If we are not effective then admin needs to talk to the teachers that are not effective and deal with them rather than including the entire population of teachers.  <br><br>We need to adjust our thinking in terms of how we do things.  We need to think about the kids and how to help them as opposed to how to please the Administration.  What we are doing is NOT working and we are wasting a lot of time not to mention causing a lot of stress among teachers.  <br><br></div>]]></description>

But the other stuff from the last presentation should be done with each individual collaboration team.&nbsp;<br>Some buildings would require past or previous data or info to be able to accurately track their current data.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Define the objective/focus. Change the name to mean what your objective/focus is.&nbsp;<br>Address us on a human level. We are here for the right reasons. We try to do our best.&nbsp;<br>Data presentations were unwarranted stress and a waste of time.&nbsp;<br>I appreciate that we are to the point, I hope, as a district where we are fixing the things that are wrong and not just saying, "Do this because I told you so and it's always been done that way."
