Manage tracking documents for products not on site, communicating and following up on any delays or missing information to ensure the timely launch of newness to the sites

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather all necessary requirements for product to go live; Teams include Buying, Marketing, Warehousing and North America counterparts

Organise the photography for 3rd party concessions owning the end-to-end process, including product selection and sourcing samples

Complete weekly MK and concession website audits to ensure the highest standards of excellence, consistency, and optimised performance across all sites

Support the site merchandisers to effectively manage all product activities, ensuring all products are merchandised and commercially presented online

Support with daily/ weekly reporting against KPIs, action focused to drive incremental conversion and sales opportunity

Providing weekly trade summary to the e-com team and wider business teams, analysing product and category performance and putting forward recommendations for merchandising improvements
