         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Segregation needed to end in school so the Supreme Court rules to end Segregation in schools so everything was made Equal.<br>- Thurgood Marshall and the Education fund handled cases like this.<br>- Marshall made the best point when he said the schools not being equal it violates the "equal protection clause" of the 14th amendment.<br>-</div>]]></description>
