A balanced force causes a object to stay at rest. Which means there is no motion occurring.
An unbalanced force means a object is not at rest, it is moving. It is moving the direction of the bigger force.

The 5 E’s is engage, explore, explain, elaborate, and evaluate. These descriptors can help you build an effective lesson by following the sequence of the 5 E’s. Engage helps get your student’s attention and get them interested in the lesson. By having them interested at first you will have less behavior management issues. Explore allows students to explore their frustrations and test out their predictions. After exploring students will be able to record whatever they learned and explain what they understand. Students can connect their knowledge and then elaborate by actually applying it. Evaluate allows students to reflect and check if they understood the goal of the lesson. Teacher can check for any misconceptions as welll during this part.
