  • Do I agree with what Dr BrenĂ© Brown said? Of course, I agree with her. We start to do something that we want but fail, and other people criticize us. We become their laughing stock, so our self-esteem starts to crumble down, and we start to catch up with an overthinking mindset, which can lead to depression. When this happens, we start to care about others' opinions, and we will be ashamed of doing or even trying something because we are scared of failure. However, we can overcome it if we consider that we do not have to be ashamed of our failure. Some people understand you, and some are not so, they do not deserve to laugh or criticize others. Bear in mind that failure is a part of success so, do not be ashamed if we failed today.

    • Of course, I can do better than before when I failed because I will keep trying until I succeed. It is meaningless for me even to start doing something if I quit after failing once. I know that we cannot escape from failure in our lives, but failure is vital for us to achieve that if we want to succeed. If I stumble today, I need to get back up. I need to get on track and move closer to my dreams because yesterday no longer matters, but today is. I can do it, and you guys also can do it. Just let bygones be bygones and be better than before.
