Introduce step free access in lecture theaters. Provide students with a whisper option if they have trouble hearing. Use AI for speech to text, to improve understanding.

Uterlising the fitness to study when recommending reasonable adjustments. RAs should be realistic and appropriate to the course. For example, a blind student being recomended use of a white cain while on adult nursing placements, is this fair on the student?
