Last week, our school held a wonderful Chinese New Year celebration. The campus was decorated with red lanterns and paper cuttings, creating a festive atmosphere.

The event began with exciting performances, including a lion dance and traditional music. Students in colorful costumes danced gracefully, while others played the guzheng. We also enjoyed a dumpling-making workshop, where we learned how to fold the wrappers properly.

During the calligraphy activity, I practiced writing "福" (fortune) with a brush. Wearing a qipao, I took photos with friends and learned about the meaning behind Chinese New Year customs.

This celebration helped me appreciate Chinese culture even more. I hope we can have more events like this in the future!
