Ms Excel is good especially when asking them to prepare financial statements, sorting data and using Excel formulas for calculation. I believe using Excel at early age will also benefit them especially when working (even if not becoming accountant). It really helps my students to engage in virtual experiment so that they can experience the authenticity of the learning. 
For Microsoft 365 we use that to have a collaboration space, where the students can work together in the data analysis step and making conclusion for their previous activity on Phet. This app helps me to supervise the collaboration space and offer help to my students if needed.
