Computer Science - Microsoft Azure Portal

Microsoft Azure Portal allows users to manager their Azure subscription via a graphical user interface. It also allows users to download certain MS software for free. Azure Portal is available to Champlain students using their Champlain email addresses. Teachers can also access it, but they do not benefit from all the same student-oriented features.

A meeting owl acts as a camera, microphone, and speaker for Zoom and Teams meetings. It will automatically target whomever is speaking in a 360-degree view. Champlain college has several such devices available to teachers.

Graphics Tablet

The XP-PEN G640 Graphics Tablet is designed for drawing, painting, and sketching. Champlain has several dozens of these tablets available for teachers to use in classroom activities.

Smart TVs

Smart TVs have replaced projectors at Champlain College. Teacher computers are connected to a monitor. Anything shared on the monitor is then also displayed on the Smart TV. Large classrooms or those with unusual configurations have more than one Smart TV. Smart TVs can also be used as whiteboards, overlays on displayed documents, etc. Data can be saved and shared with a QR code with students.

Active Classrooms

Mobile Carts
