I wish that there are no reduced inequalities in the world. Inequality with regards to race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, age and socio-economic status. Having an inclusive society anywhere is ideal but not many would agree to this proposition as it would incite conflicts within a nation due to the constant affirmative action taking place coupled with a drastically progressive way of perceiving things. All of these factors are a deterrent from permitting a fundamentally equal society from existing. As a result, we have forged various solutions in assisting to compromise differing views and opinions to find middle ground as a means to decrease inequality.

Laws that marginalize or discriminate particular groups of people must be abolished to ensure equal opportunity for everyone within society. Doing so would enhance meritocracy and reduces systemic inequality significantly. For instance, job opportunities should be available to all people regardless of creed, race or nationality and the only criteria that should be accounted for are their merits and commitment level.

Facilitating safe and secure migration for people is a viable method to decrease inequality and social segregation within a society. Planned residence for migrants who are looking to find employment in their migrant country should be administered to ease their belonging in the country. Additionally, borders should be open for refugees who fled their country of origin due to war or an extreme political regime. This makes asylum readily available for refugees seeking a better life for themselves and their family.

Augmented representation of all people in politics. I believe this is the most crucial solution in promulgating an inclusive society. Having a voice for all communities will certainly improve the decision making process of policies through fair democracy. It also assures that everyone's views and concerns will be acknowledged as a means to expand the discussion.
