         <description><![CDATA[<p>Today’s British food is very different from the old stereotype that it’s boring or bad. Since the 2000s, famous chefs like Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay have helped change how people see British food. They use fresh, local ingredients and mix in ideas from other countries. Immigration also changed British meals—dishes like curry or kebabs are now very popular. Also, pubs now serve fancy versions of traditional meals. British food today is full of flavor and variety. It’s no longer fair to say it’s “bad” or “plain”</p>]]></description>
