One of my favourite recipe is meatballs with rice, it is very simple to make but so delicious. The ingredients that are in it is

pack of lean ground beef

One egg

Half cup of oats And mix them all together.

After cooking it for about 45 minutes and add the sauce, the sauce ingredients i use is only two and it needs equal amount of each one.

One cup ketchup

And one cup brown sugar.

After making the sauce cook for another 30-45 minutes in the oven. For the rice I usually do plain minute kind and if theres quite a few people, i would make the batch bigger by doubling the recipe

Thai noodle soup

I LOVE THIS SOUP! First I take leftover chicken or I cook chicken breasts; and cut it into small cubed pieces. I put that aside. Next, I fry onions (that always smells good) and when they are see-through, I add one red pepper (cubed too). Then I stir in a spicy mix that I found at Northmart called Thai seasoning. This starts to smell awesome almost immediately. Then I add the chicken and mix it all around. Next I add about 2-4 cups of coconut milk. Then 4-6 cups of water and when that boils, add chicken stock. This is the soup!!! The final two steps include boiling vermicelli noodles. Once they are boiled and strained they can also be added to the soup... And finally, once I pour it in a bowl I sprinkle cilantro on top. NIUM!

Spaghetti: First, start boiling water for pasta noodles. Next, brown the meat and start cutting up carrots, celery, onions, red and green pepper. (Add them after cutting them)

Add lots of noodles like you are making spaghetti for 100 people lol jk. When the meat is ready, pour spaghetti sauce and mix the noodles and meat.

Chicken drumsticks soup: Start by defrosting (of course) and take like 10 or more drumsticks (depends on how many you’re going to feed) and start boiling them for at least 45 mins. Next, add frozen vegetables (savoury garlic pasta to be specific), let them sit for at least 5 minutes - stir. Now add 1 1/2 cups of rice and stir occasionally, before the rice is ready, add chicken stock or chicken noodle soup. (No picture)
