I couldn't imagine REPH without you. Employee Engagement has been really enjoyable, but I must admit it was really tough to lead and continue on what you've started. But for the time that I had the chance to work with you, share my deck, review, regroup and everything and nalokaloka po talaga ako figuring out what would it take to get your sweet yes and approval, I understand that it was all because you want the best for everyone and to put our heart in everything we do, especially for EE and our employees. It goes to show how much you truly love REPH.

Dear Ma'am Shelle,

This picture reminds me of God's immense mercy in my life for blessing me leaders who believed I can conquer mountains even before I realized I can indeed.

This picture reminds me that it is possible for a genius in the HR industry to recognize an innocent neophyte for her mini milestones. That someone like you would appreciate me. When I started in REPH, I had an inkling that you don't want me in TA because my intimidated mind would tell I'm the least among the other TA members who came from prestige universities and who hold wide industry knowledge because of years of professional practice. But came this award, I did not see it coming. It was a total surprise for me. One thing I'm so certain that moment is that it was a gift from our good God. A gift not earned but granted because of His amazing mercy for me. A gift through your hands, through the hands of His chosen leaders for me. This award was my first award as an HR professional. This award opened a lot of opportunities and made me realized more achievements.

I've said it a lot of times but will never get tired of repeating it, you are a blessing to me. I praise God for your life. Salamat po as hindi mapaliwanag na tiwala sa akin. 🥺 I will not be ashamed to admit that all I know, the HR that I am, it's all because of the trust that you and my past leaders have been showering me. I will be forever grateful and this truth will always humble me. I did not pay anything to get it, I will always share it to people without expecting anything too.

I will never forget our 1:1s. I will never forget the tough love which made me wiser, tougher, and more loving actually. Thank you for making me realized that I needed tough love because if not, I would have lost battles in the past. Thank you for the battle scars. Thank you for being a reliable boss and a loving mother to me. Thank you for all the sacrifices. I know that "thank you" is not enough to compensate for all your sacrifices for HR, for REPH, but still, I know "thank you so much" always does make you feel loved and appreciated. And you deserve it. Sometimes all we ever needed is the same love and same appreciation we give.

I'm sorry for all the headaches, stress, pain, and problems I have caused you Ma'am. I know I'm also a work-in-progress but thank you for being patient with me.

May our ever good and Almighty God clothe you with love, protection, peace, and Truth at all times!
