She's like the boss of all the little girls. The story so far is very interesting. Arnetta has an evil mind and she also has the support of all the other girls that together is a recipe for disaster. Her partner in crime is Octavia, Octavia has some problems of her own. Her parents are going through a divorce and its causing lots of stress for her mother and she's very distraught at this juncture. I believe that is what's causing Octavia to act out. But Arnetta is just one of those kids, too smart for their age and uses it to their full advantage. That's either gonna make her prosper or crumble.
